I am unsure if this is the correct person to speak to about such things, or if you can assist me in reaching the right people. The reason I am writing is to report a possible new ability which has not be documented yet and felt that inquiring minds may wish to investigate further.

The subject goes by the name of Siomen (Pronounced similar to Simon) and has recently manifested an interesting ability or mutation. Like many people with strange abilities, Siomen has not found any real control with his power, at the moment it seems to be an inherent trait which he now carries until he finds a way to "switch it off" The ability in question, for a lack of a better term, is Molecular Density. At the moment, Siomen has an increased density to his body, a few tests were conducted to help understand the extent of his ability and better explain it.

The Discovery of the ability was quite accidental. One day while preparing a meal in his kitchen, a sharp knife was knocked off the counter top and fell onto Siomen's foot. The normal result would usually be the knife impaling the foot, in this particular case, the knife struck the foot and bounced away, his foot unharmed. Attempting to stab Siomen would result in either the knife or weapon glancing away or breaking if enough force was applied. Different amounts of force have been used to test the extent of density and it has been found that Bullets cannot penetrate his skin, being hit by a car will not break his bones or other internal organs, and no successful attempts have been found to crush Siomen between two objects.

Acting purely on instinct, Siomen is able to increase the density of his body and even certain organs to protect himself from harm, it is unknown how much of his body is able to manifest these abilities as certain bodily functions do not seem to be hindered do to the tests Siomen has been subject too. For example, a normal subject struck by a vehicle would experience pain, possible bone fractures, ruptured organs, bleeding external and internal, and possibly death. When struck by a vehicle, Siomen experienced pain, no broken bones, no ruptured organs, and no bleeding external or internal, leading to the belief that not only does his external layer of skin become more dense, but also any surrounding organs are also similarly protected from impact yet allowed to continue their normal functions. Nerves still feel the impact and register the event to his brain, his heart still functions if slightly elevated levels due to stress of the situation experienced, use of lungs are still to full capacity during the tests.

Possible side effects of this ability have been noted and also theorized. Siomen claims to be 29 years of age, though carries a youthful appearance of someone in his late teens to early twenties. The theory is that due to natural elements the human faces in their daily lives would effect the life span of the human cells. with the control of density to his cells, the aging process may have slowed or become resistant to effects such as the suns rays, environmental conditions and decay. Siomen has the potential of a slightly longer life span then the average human, also he can withstand a wider temperature variance then the average human, heat and cold do not effect his skin as much though he could still freeze or burn due to extreme temperatures.

Despite the ability which Siomen possesses, it is still possible for Siomen to have a fatality due to suffocation, electrocution, and extreme temperatures of heat or cold. Possibly nerve overload or enough physical pressure causing his ability to make his body too dense to function, though this limit has not yet been reached. Poisons or harmful substances either by digestion or inhaling.

Hi Mohinder I am a 21 year old guy, I have now for the past 5 months been very interested in concious exploration and have done a lot of research in this field. 2 Months previous I started using brainwave entrainment, an audio technology which is capable of shifting your mindstate to various states such as relaxation, alertness etc.

So anyways not to drag this thing on I have noticed over the past month I have somewhat gained the ability to co-ordinate my Hypnagogic sleep state. Im sure you know what this is with your research in sleep and such. I have found that if I lay still in bed and relax I can shift easily into hypnagogia while maintaining full awareness. But even more suprising is the quality of my new hypnagogia. I have found that whilst in this state I gain access to the most complex and beutiful art I have seen in a long time and also seem to back track on the days activities, I may also experinece made-up scenes of events or even recall a distant memory long forgotten

Also another thing I might add, I also experience lucid dreaming far easily than I have ever had the pleasure. Yesterday I woke up to find my body violently vibrating but not to my displeasure, I let the feeling sweep over me and before I knew it my consciousness shifted into a lucid dream which was totally under my control.

I am glad this state has opened up for me and will continue to use it to see were it takes me.

I found your father's book at the library of the local college, and what I read is quite devastating. If tissue regeneration is possible, can't worse things be possible? Dr. Suresh I'm worried I'm that worse thing. Things have been happening around me lately - things I can't explain. I'm really afraid that what's been happening around me may be caused by me. I'm sort of freaking out. I've been camping out in the woods for a few weeks, and I think I'm going to have to skip finals...I'm emailing you this from a cell phone. I am very intrigued by your work, especially by your theories about anamolistic abilities. I think that you are right, that people's lives and desires influence the abilities that they develop. I say this because i always wanted to know more about people, and now I remember everything that I hear, see, or even think. You are right: "specials" are determined by the state of their life. There's just one thing I don't understand. Electronic devices seem to act weird around me. Often, they just turn on or off without warning. Do you know why that could be?

I don't really know if this is the right place to ask or not, but there have been some things happening to me lately that I don't quite understand. I will have dreams involving people, places, things, feelings, even exact sequences of events and specific moments...and then the very next day...They will occur. Not necessarily in order, but there can be no mistaking it. Is this considered precognition? Do you happen to know where I can find out more about this ability?

I'm intrigued by your father's research and the work that you are currently working on now. Though I'll admit to not having a huge background in this field I do have my own theories here.

It has been stated that there are four specifically targeted parts of the DNA structure that can affect the difference between "normal" humans and those who have these abilities. With these four areas defining somewhat heightened areas it seems to bring to mind that with those four sequences come the way to possibly change any sort of "basic" nature. This leap in genetics seems to imply that there may be some great changes affecting the world and thus we should attempt to find a way to perhaps prevent any great catastrophes from occurring.

I have been following your work for some time now. I have read your father's book and it is all starting to make sense. I thought that I was going mad due to the events that have transpired. We need to talk. I am not sure if my theory is what you are looking for but I believe that this is the next big leap in evolution. I think that we are on the verge of a catastrophe of epic proportions and this is natures way of making some of us strong enough to survive. I can sense things and I know that we are on the verge. I have heard that there are others like me. A girl that can communicate through email without a computer has been in contact with me. She wanted me to go to Primatech Paper and apply. It seems that they liked what they saw. They want to schedule an interview. I don't trust them. They seem to be some black-listed ex-secret ops program that has been shut down. People that are in charge of this are not the type of people to quit when the government tells them to.

Ok, here is mine.

How Likely That It Occurs:
The persons exhibiting these powers occur in a certain percent of the population at large. There are certain DNA markers that control the propensity to have a special ability. This DNA trigger works in concert with the individual's natural inclinations and abilities to develop into a super power. At some point during a subject's life, a particular area within the brain will become active having been turned on by this trigger. The age of the individual is of no consequence as the trigger can turn on at any age.

Triggers:
Some factors that trigger the initial time that it turns on may be as follows: Development and maturity of individual, amount of life stressors undergone by the individual, general overall health and any unusual symptoms occurring, encounters with life or death situations, the amount of Self Preservation that is manifested within the individual, propensity for anger or other strong emotions, feelings of an obligation or task the individual needs to fulfill, a destiny from which there is no escape.

Signs of manifestation of power/gift/abilities:
Any unusual abilities beyond the ordinary. Often the individual has no idea where the power/gift is coming from or even how it works. They often question why they have been chosen for such a power/gift. The awesomeness of their power is very often unbelievable and the ability is often overwhelming. For some it is unwelcome and unwanted. They just want a normal life. They want to fit in rather than be singled out for special ability or treatment. They don't want to feel or be different.

Development of their power/gift/abilities:
Some individuals will develop their power/gift/abilities on their own through repetitive practice. Others will need the help of a mentor. A mentor is an individual that has had his/her ability for some time and have learned to cope with all the unusual demands on his/her body and mind and soul. To maintain control over said powers/gifts/abilities mental control and balance must be maintained at all times to keep his/her self in check.

Source:
The unique ability is a combination of the natural material that contains the encoded information into our human DNA and a slight mutation or evolution to one marker within that DNA. When mankind has obtained a certain level of development which may have come to the point of even endangering the continuation of mankind then these mutations occur at an increasing rate which then lead to the development of these special powers/gifts/abilities which will turn on within the individuals so that these may be manifested for the time in the future that they will be needed. The future use of these powers/gifts/abilities is the preservation of the human species. The control center is the brain. Without brain function the powers/gifts/abilities cannot be manifested.

Brain Mapping:
Brain Mapping is the study of the human brain for the changes in the brain brought about by these mutations to the Human DNA. With proper study of the brain, one can determine what change has occurred that brings about the individual's gift. With proper record keeping one can maintain a file of the changes, the position of the changes in the brain, what gift or power that is turned on by that change.

Reproduction:
A study of the individual changes can also lead to the determination of combining certain changes to the DNA from each parent to produce an individual with likelihood of producing a particular power or gift. This could have far reaching implications both for the good of mankind and for the misuse of such powers or gifts for the further escalation of the decline of mankind. Controlled experiments would be necessary to insure desired results.

Listing:
There would be the need to maintain a comprehensive list of all individuals that manifested these powers/gifts/abilities. This would be for both their protection and control and the ability to maintain order within the country. We simply cannot have individuals wielding super powers running loose on the streets of the country subjecting the general population to undue alarm and concern. We don't need super do gooders any more than we need super crooks. The list would need to be entrusted with an organization with no connections with the government. No way that the government could be held liable if things should go wrong or if there should occur the need to eliminate some undesirable power/gift/ability that is deemed too powerful or too destructive to be controlled. This organization would have the permission to conduct experiments, maintain records, and deal with the individual specials as needed. The organization would be funded privately leaving no paper trail to any government agency or the government at all.

Tagging:
One of the duties of the organization would be to actively search for and tag with identification numbering all individuals that exhibit these manifested powers. A radio isotope can be used similar to those used to track and manage herds of endangered and over populated animals.

Applications:
Another duty of the organization would be to determine the different applications of these super powers and which ones for which application. Indications they would be for private business, organizations, possible military uses and civil uses.

Security:
All operations of the organization are to completely secret. All persons employed by the organization must be cleared for and maintain the highest security clearance at all times. Absolutely no one will be permitted inside the secured facilities without proper identification and security level at any time. The real operations of the organization will be shadowed by a cover company to be maintained and operated according to all regulations governing normal operating companies.

Chain of Command:
The chain of command will be in force at all times. No one will be excused from a violation of this edict.

Termination:
The violation of any of these instructions will be considered a breach of security and grounds for immediate termination or elimination whichever becomes necessary.

This is a fascinating read, and it rings very true, both intellectually and intuitionally, as I'm sure you've noticed there are a lot of strange things going on.

Anyway, I would suggest a category for "Interested Parties", because as far as I can tell there are at least two groups interested in collecting information about Evolved People, and it would be best to keep an eye on them. One is Primatech Paper, or rather a company that uses that alias, and the other is the Linderman Group.

There may be others, there are rumors that there is someone online named Wireless who is gathering information on evolved people, but she is watchdogging the "interested parties" as much as the rest of us.

Keep studying, keep investigating, and for what remains of sanity - be careful! These are dangerous times, and that list represents a lot of power to a lot of people.

Not that anything has ever really been safe in NYC, or sane, but things are still getting sort of weird out there.

Consider this: the propensity of any species to develop entirely anomalous characteristics may be a defining quality of evolution. As mankind achieves greater levels of cognition--indeed, as we find more evidence for a true "meta-cognitive" awareness among entire populations (or discrete individuals)-- we may find that our individual capacity to perceive and manipulate subtle energies exists in ways we cannot imagine.

In other words, what seems abstract today may be concrete tomorrow.

Just a wee snack call it food for thought.

And boy am i confused. To me what you are suggesting, reminds me of the question that confronts you most often than not. Why do we use only part of our brain, and not the whole brain. Some answers spring to mind for example, have we lost the abilty to use the whole mas as a whole. Or have we yet to evolve further to understand how to use it in it's entirety. Have we come to a cross roads in where and how we evolve. (humans will cross this bridge or as things being the way they are already have). Either we evolve through our natural course of selections or we manipluate it to how we see whats natural in evolution....
